Specializing in 30-day Plan Review
Processing, Presentation, and Permitting. Processing a plan can take considerable time, effort and expense. From her experience organizing numerous civic and private projects, Ms. Gregory knows how to present plans for effective and streamlined permitting. She assists governmental agencies and private firms in obtaining their goals.
Environmental Studies. The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requires State and local agencies to identify the significant environmental impacts of their actions and to avoid or mitigate those impacts, if feasible. Ms. Gregory is experienced in preparing thorough Studies for CEQA and NEPA compliance which pinpoint potential project issues and mitigation measures, helping clients to construct quality projects and avoid lengthy, costly lawsuits.
